I am able to offer a wide variety of training plans from helping you to feeling a little more mobile or losing a little weight (maybe you have a dress or a suit that you would like to get back into?) to high intensity training for specific events.
I can cater for all abilities and am able to provide One to One training at a convenient time in your own home or perhaps you would prefer to join one of my popular classes which I run at local venues.
By combining my own experience and drawing on the experience of my colleagues I am able to offer a holistic approach to your health and fitness.
